I'm Pregnant For about 5 - 6 weeks =)

I found out when we are deciding to book tickets for Taiwan in Mar 2012. So I went to get the pregnancy kits with my colleagues, Karen & Lina and tested positive =) I tested in the next morning and confirmed that it was positive. I have told his mum and my mum, they din look very happy as we haven went thru the customary ceromony.

By 2 Sep 11

Almost the whole dept knew I was pregnant as we, girls are quite close. However I haven break it to my boss and I plan to tell him after I see the gynae on 16 Sep 11.

The early symptons that I experience b4 I know im pregnant:

- Perky breasts

- Discharge

- Huge appetite

- Slight Belly

- Firm & Round "Ass"

- I feel "pregnant"

After I knew I'm pregnant and baby seems to signal me by:

- Obvious round belly

- Burping as and when esp during / after meal

- Average a 2/3 hours feeding to ease hunger

- Tired, sleeps is never enough

- Getting very emo

Some routines has change and added:

- applying tonic oil from CLARINS

- folic acid tablets from GP

- no more coke or cold drinks =( and alcholic drinks

- no more heels and wear flat shoes at all times

- no sleeping late nights

- be very careful when walking

So far, everything is smooth. Praise God for that and the effort that I can see Desmond has been putting in like preparing for the wedding ceremony and showing concern of my well-being. Whether the baby comes at the right time anot, I have no comments as what happen, happens. I have to remind myself to receive each day with gladness.

Anyway, today rashes broke out for no reasons and only get to apply the cream and let the skin rest and try not to take the med. Also, I just bought the book recommended by XZ - What to Expect When You're Expecting. I have read thru a few pages and it is really informative...

Time for my monthly updates.

1. Primary School Meet-up!

It has been since 5 years tt we din meet each other thou we planned for meeting but ended up postpone it. We are looking great from lil giggling girls to OL~ hahaz. Great to see her and we had a good time watching "How to Kill a Dragon".

2. Wedding Rings

We had bought our 2nd pair of wedding bands as des ' ring was mysteriously missing. So thanks to the loss, i got a bigger diamond in cheaper price as i bought it during my bday mth and additional 10% being the member. But i only managed to collect in April coz of the size.

3. Fruity Month

so meeko got her share too. & now she also like to eat cheese! i tot mouse eating it not a cat! becoz of the fruits & cheese that she is having, whenever now we open the fridge, she wld run and stand in front of the fridge and asking for the nom-noms with a loud 'meow' =_='''

and not long after i fallen seriously sick for a week or so. And topping up, my voice is lost for a week. Damm frighten. Then came the bad news from my medical report which u alr have known. Anyway....

4. Kitten Joe

Des has found a white, mixed persian kitten @ the same place where meeko was found. We always wanted to have a companion for Meeko as she is very poor thing when all of us are not at home often while she is locked in the room alone. So we decided to keep him and named him Joe!

Joe was separated from Meeko for a few days to let Meeko adapted that there is somebody ard but not threatening to her position in the house.

But she is not happy at all. She has been staying in my room and on my bed ike sitting in her throne in fear of losing it. She also stays by my side very closely and looking very sad and dearly at me.

Anyway, one day i decide to show Meeko her new buddy. Who knows she was hissing him and refuse to accept him the very moment. This is normal for cats with new cat frd, especially she is our 掌上明珠 (pearl in our eye)。

*eventually, joe joe hissed back after meeko don accept his presence*

*Guess what, meeko is scared of him & decide to monitor Joe from far*

This act will go on for months until they accept each other. Just like when you got your 1st child thn your 2nd child comes along. Either your 1st child readily accept and take care of her/his lil siblings or hate it at 1st coz mummy & dadddy don love her/him anymore.

Cute rite! He loves you to cuddle him & would sit on your lap for his stomach rubs and kisses.

Sad news is Meeko's unacceptance went x-treme when she started to pluck her furs out due to stress. I saw my working table is full of meeko's fur when i came home. And my sister screamed her lungs out that no more cat in the house (afterall this is not my owned house) Reluntantly, i have to let it go.

We managed to find a cat owner living nearby des' house (juz 2 blks away) with the help of the aunty who feeds the kitties at the void decks. The owner loves him but Joe often sneak out to where he is found (probably to wait for us?) I saw him one time when i left for wk @ des' He was covered with dirt again.

So here some of the last pictures i took before he went off.

I took this after Joe Joe has left a few days. She knew that her 心头大恨 (enemy) is gone forever, she is bubbly again and start to give me love bites & scratches again!

title: Balloon Sinuplasty

You must wonder what is this right?

It is an endoscopic surgery that treats the blocked nasal sinuses. It is an hour surgery. And i might be going for it coz...
- my CT scan report was not so good. My right nose is blocked with mucus.
- required long term medication w/o going for the surgery but will affect the baby if i pregnant.
- if im pregnant, the symptons will get worse if i did not go for surgery.

I concluded...im damn suay la. When i was young, my mucus stucked in my ear now my nose. blocking my airways (tt y i got mirgarine kind of headache) Doctor said it is due to my bone structure and the environment contributed the developement of this problem. *head-desk*

Luckily, i quitted and say bye bye to the sick building.

Unluckily, i quitted and i need $6K (after medisave) for the surgery.

Feel like saying the F word. Just need to try the new medication for a month to see if there is improvement. If not i would need to go for the surgery.

title: I tendered my Resignation

I tendered my resignation yesterday. of course with a heavy heart.

it is not easy to tender when this place is where it's my birth place to grow from a lil girl to a Monster (as claimed by des to my boss' trainings).

I love the place where i work called Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre. Amazing fresh fruits and stuff, friendly/nasty tenants, idiots contractors, demanding clients, supporting/sabo-ing colleagues and of course the time i spent lesser with my friends and family are forgo.

But i tendered without a job. After much thinking and seriously sick & going w/o a voice for more than a week, i think i need a lil long break to get myself back in shape.
