[ Si Bei Du Lan ]

hahaz. there is this young ah Beng called, Raymond, he is making everyone in the office MaD!!

last sat, i was handling his case for a shop unit. Basically when tenant rent a shop unit, he nid to do everything himself, including contacting the Singapore Power for electricity..blah blah.. My colleague alr told him b4 he came tt day & i emphasized again.

thn on monday, he came to complain why we did not provide for him? & he alr paid the rent..we are cheating his money.

i have been very polite to him since i noe he is an ah Beng.

yet.. he threw his temper to everyone who anz his calls. & ME!!!
he was saying " ni nong dao lim bei Si Bei Du Lan!!!"

whoa "kaoz" u dink i wan to make u angry. we alr told u zillion times le, even when u bid for the unit, the term & conditions also stated it.

i almost shouted at him. .

luckily my colleague took over the phone and after a few lil arguments, he settled it himself!!
