title: Random - Barbie Lounge
date: Sunday, February 28, 2010

Came across this page when im e-shopping in Asos and just want to share the cute dolls here. Look how the Barbies transform into like everyone of us. (Or we dress up to become the moderm barbie.) All the Barbies were dressed in the basic black dress in different ways. I dink most of the girls own at least one basic black dress =) for easy matching with accessories.

Cute isnt it? From sophiscated barbie to chic barbie~

But not cheap la.. =/ not getting any so post here..
The doll costs UK$30 & the acessories (1 design out of the 3) costs UK$15.

title: the Sims™ 3
date: Sunday, February 21, 2010

Hello!

I was having a short chat with joanne on msn the other day so i would like to share one of my ways on how i de-stress from the excess unhealthy stress after a long day of work. Afterall being a workaholic is not easy.

* I hereby present to you THE SIMS 3 (TS3)*

Desmond got for the game for me in Jul/Aug 09. Im not sure why he insist to buy for me. (probably he want to me get obsessed in the game and forget about shopping and all) You all know me well i got in fact a doll house to play with. And i love the game immediately after i started playing as it like playing a reel lift doll house.

Left: Game cover - Basically you start with a character you created also known as SIM and you play along with it. I only managed to start my 1st game in late Oct 09 on and off. Then i managed to master some of the features and creating my SIMs family.

Right: The expansion pack whereby you can bring your sims to travel in China, Eygpt and France and interesting activities which desmond got for me in last year Christmas.

*My SIMs - Leanne Woods & Desmond Clover fighting a fire occurring in their kitchen.*

*A burglar broken into their new house. Luckily with alarm installed - Sound reel*

*The story is being played at this world created by TS3 called Sunset Valley*

*My SIMs eventually got married and begins with the Clover Legacy*

*Entering parent hood with their 2nd child here, Hailey Clover*

*Leanne: "Great isnt it - Catch us at LJ!"*

Besides playing the game, I have taken up writing in making use of the screen shots taken while playing the game and create the stories as my game progress. I have uploaded them to the TS3 website for people to read but the website sux sometimes. Especially you wan to save and publish the story then it simply didnt load and refresh to the new page (and you cant save as draft).

Like one of my fave author - Aoxa (check her out at my affilates), i moved my stories to LJ. You can read browse through them if you got nothing to do (check the sites out @ the link under my profile pic). Cant wait to post the new chapter out as i alr taken tonnes of screenshots.

However this is still a private blog here, i wont link the LJ to here =). Anyway i hope you have a great weekend. I blog again soon.

title: Year of Meeko
date: Wednesday, February 17, 2010

虎虎生威!

Didnt manage to get meeko in any outfit or any background with CNY. Coz she will commit suicide with all the clothing on her.

After Papa has left, i have to admit that without any homemade cooked food by him and umpteen times of steamboat, CNY is just a public holiday. We went to pay him a respect at the temple during the eve. Still unable to hold my tears when i saw his photo on the urn.

Anyway last year i had a wardrode malfunction on Chu 2 (where my auntie came unexpectedly) This year, i cant wear my dress in Nude colour in Chu 1 as VPL (visible panty line) can be seen. No matter diff type of undies i tried =X So i got no choice but to wear black on that day. Coz all my dresses are in black.

And i also missed meeting my swiss girls in Chu 2. Sorry vivien that for being MIA for all the 80 photos taken. Anyway still get to meet the rest of the girls at Lot 1.

Guess who i met while queuing for Sakae!

*shiying - We haven been meeting for more than 5 years?! My only primary school friend that i contacted. We really got to meet up ok! Make it for my birthday ba!

*with des looking all so grumpy coz he cant have his curry chicken and soft shell crab*

*with the girls after leaving Joanne's house*
*

*my vday present from des unexpectedly coz he spent quite alot for the watch*

title: Desmond's 28th Birthday
date: Tuesday, February 16, 2010

Hello Everyone. Gong Xi 恭喜!

Anyway before i post anything for Feb. I have to back track to Jan as mentioned in the title.
I have celebrated with Des for his 28th Birthday @ Equinox! So we got seated at 6.30pm at the window seat. U know the window seat cost $20 more on top of the total bill?!.

*des looking at the menu with the ridiculous pricing*

The view for spectacular. With the casino still in making to complete this year.

We had freshly baked bread to start with followed by soup. The former (S Bisque) for him and latter (Consomme) for me. His was yummy. Mine was more like a herbal soup with mashed chicken "fish cake" in it.

*

*Our 1st glass of Moet Chandon - Champagne*

*

We din go for the full courses (which is 5 or 6) coz u will know why later. So we skipped to the main course. Prawns for him and lamb for me. Both are yummy. Loves the lamb. However, u can see that the 2 prawns are only a size of 4 cm in long and 1.5cm thick each which only fills 10% of des' stomach. =X

*

Lastly is the dessert. Chocolate for him and apple for me. Both are very yummy especially the molten lava cake in the 1st picture.

*My outfit for the day.*

Didnt manage to take a proper photo coz the waiter din manage to take a good one out of 4 photos taken! The total bill was S$331.33 (with GST)! hmm compare with Equinox and the buffet we had for our 5th year anniversary in Ritz Carlton last Sep 09 at the same amount. We both prefer the latter. Really worth the price for the freshly seafood and their speciality dish - the drunken prawn (and its soup). However, must book at least a few days or a week before for a weekend dining.

I also made an "effort" to book the ticket for this movie. I give a 4.5* out of 5*. Based on true story on South Africa featuring 2 of my fave actor. Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon. The movie is damm long. I don dink it is showing right now. But definitely worth the price to buy in DVD.

Before the movie, we went to City Link for a short walk. Then we saw clearance sale in the Moments watch shop turning into a branch for City Chain. And we got each other presents!

*CK for CK = Calvin Klein for Chee Keong*

*My 1st CYMA watch from des - priced at $1K++ but selling at 50% discount*

I also got a lil suprise for him. A birthday cake. I managed to lit the candle and suprised him when he came out from his bath.

*Happy Birthday to D.A.C.K.*

Going to miss him as he will be out of my radar from tomorrow onwards to 3 Mar 2010 for reservist. However, anyone see him in St James with his army friends during this period, please contact me. lol
