title: Balloon Sinuplasty
date: Tuesday, April 27, 2010

You must wonder what is this right?

It is an endoscopic surgery that treats the blocked nasal sinuses. It is an hour surgery. And i might be going for it coz...
- my CT scan report was not so good. My right nose is blocked with mucus.
- required long term medication w/o going for the surgery but will affect the baby if i pregnant.
- if im pregnant, the symptons will get worse if i did not go for surgery.

I concluded...im damn suay la. When i was young, my mucus stucked in my ear now my nose. blocking my airways (tt y i got mirgarine kind of headache) Doctor said it is due to my bone structure and the environment contributed the developement of this problem. *head-desk*

Luckily, i quitted and say bye bye to the sick building.

Unluckily, i quitted and i need $6K (after medisave) for the surgery.

Feel like saying the F word. Just need to try the new medication for a month to see if there is improvement. If not i would need to go for the surgery.

Till then =X

title: I tendered my Resignation
date: Thursday, April 22, 2010

I tendered my resignation yesterday. of course with a heavy heart.

it is not easy to tender when this place is where it's my birth place to grow from a lil girl to a Monster (as claimed by des to my boss' trainings).

I love the place where i work called Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre. Amazing fresh fruits and stuff, friendly/nasty tenants, idiots contractors, demanding clients, supporting/sabo-ing colleagues and of course the time i spent lesser with my friends and family are forgo.

But i tendered without a job. After much thinking and seriously sick & going w/o a voice for more than a week, i think i need a lil long break to get myself back in shape.

Bye PPWC.

title: What I Want to Acheive in Life?
date: Sunday, April 04, 2010

My poly lecturer told us to wrote a letter during the lesson. He then sent it to us in 14 Feb 2008.
I would like to documented here as i do not want the letter lying in the box turning yellow without letting myself know my direction once again.

Friday 13th Jan 2006

Money! This word is getting more & more visible in me. I'm currentl;y 20 years old.l I have been working real hard for the past 3 years to support my family. Feeling so heartache whenever i see my parents stressing and working hard for the family.

I wanted to be a vet when i was young as this way, i can help the sickly animals. Thou this dream will never been fulfiled but i definitely hope i can contribute more when i am older.

When i graduated from polytechnic, i will make use of my dipolma cert and pursue a job in Facilities Management. Maybe after 3 to 4 years of working experience, i woild take up a degree to further my career path. As from my parents, i know that education is important whether in work or home. Also, probably after 5 years when i received this letter, i able to provide a comfortable home for my parents & my own family.

I also wish i could help more in protecting stray animals or SPCA when i an older. It is so disheartening to read reports or hear anything about the poor animals.

Thou things that i want to achieve may sound so ... simple but it is something i'm wishing for.
SO AM I ABLE TO DO IT? We shall see in 5 years times...

title: Malacca Road Trip & Chloe 来拜年
date: Saturday, April 03, 2010

I did this sometime ago. Forget to post!

I went for a road trip organised by my colleagues to Malacca with my manager, BH being the tour guide. We gathered in the early morning and drive-in to JB. This is my 1st road trip!

We popped by for Dim Sum near her JB home. The Dim Sum was sedap! Especially the Phoenix Claws and Fried Brinjal filled with Meat. I started to like brinjal for the 1st time. We stopped by her house for a quick chat with her family then we headed of to Malacca!!

Driving there will take about 2 hours or lil more. But we reached there in 90 mins or less because of my colleague superb driving speed. We arrived safely to the famous street in Malacca.

*

*

It is alr afternoon after the scary ride and we were all hungry. BH recommended the restoran for their famous chicken & rice balls. There are a lot restorans selling the same dish. But this is the oldest shop selling it.

*The Q was damm long and crowded if you notice.*

*Here come the famous chicken & rice balls.*

*Loves the riceballs coz it is balled into bite sized & you can just eating it plainly.*

*It says "Currently very angry, Do not Get Close =X"*

After the hearty meal, we walked along the street, visted the temple and headed for chendol. It was a very hot day. The 7 of us were too full and tired to carry on. So we headed to...

We took the package - RM$49.00 for a foot & shoulder massage for 60 mins & - RM$69 for 90 mins.

*

I took the 60 mins package and started with soaking your legs in HOT water. Yes, it's like the hot water you make your tea. Hahz

I was telling my colleague, XR "Just soak your legs, you will adapt shortly." when he struggled with the hot water.

When it was my turn, I was =_=''' - it is very hot and he "comforted" me with the same words. Seriously i dont know it was that hot and the feeling only subsides after a good 15 mins.

*Keeping my smile while my legs being cooked.*

*i was shocked when the massage lady did this on XR's back*

*Had my own share of pain! But it's very shiok.*

*Afterwhich, we settled for SATAY LOK LOK for dinner.*

Do you know the satay gravy/soup for the lok lok will not be change at all only occasional adding of more soup by the worker. The same pot of soup will continue to be used for the entire day. Being a typical Singaporean, my stomach skipped and rolled.

But heck care la! when you see all the trays of food. The round red bak kwa (uncooked before dipping into the satay sauce) were SEDAP.

*

*17 stixz for my share - not the lowest eater*

*80 stixz*

*We also concluded that the stixz were also... based on the condition of the stixz.*

We went back to the same street where we had our chicken & rice balls. The street transformed into a busy street with many stalls / push cart and events already set up for on-lookers and tourists like us.

*

*The real DING DING DANG.
The hard & sweet ones unlike the soft/chewy ones we had in SG*

*End of the Road Trip to Malacca*

Next was my god-daughter, Chloe came to my house with Meeko looking fearfully. Coz meeko dislikes children and always hide under the bed and hissing whoever kids come near her.

*Meeko was well-behaved tt day she visited, guess she know it's my lil sweet heart coming*

*

*

*Awww - Hope to see her more often.
My heart melted when she called me God Ma tt day.*

Till then...
